U.S. military members killed in Syria attack identified

The U.S. soldiers who were killed in an attack on U.S. and Syrian forces near Palmyra have been identified as Sgt. William Nathanial Howard and Sgt. Edgar Brian Torres Tovar. President Trump vowed retaliation after the attacks. CBS News' Willie James Inman has more.
