U.S., European Union broaden sanctions against Russia
In an effort to further punish Vladimir Putin's ongoing support of pro-Russian separatists in Ukraine, U.S. and E.U. officials announced their toughest sanctions yet against Russia. The measures include blocking Russian banks from access to American capital and an embargo on exports of military equipment from European suppliers. Bill Plante reports.
