U.S. debates drone strike on American terror suspect

An American accused of planning al-Qaeda attacks on other Americans is living in Pakistan. In order to use a drone strike to kill the suspect, the Justice Department must confirm he is actively involved in terror plots against Americans. Norah O'Donnell reports.
