Twin church bombings kill at least 20 in the Philippines, dozens more injured

At least 20 people are dead and dozens more injured in twin bombings at a Catholic cathedral on Muslim Jolo Islands in the southern Philippines. The predominately Muslim area is home to an ISIS-affiliated group, and violence between Muslims and Christians in the area has gone back decades.
