Turkey shoots down Russian fighter jet

Tensions are at a level reminiscent of the Cold War after Turkey shot down a Russian fighter jet, killing at least one of the two pilots. Tukey says the plane was in Turkish airspace; the Russians say the plane was flying over Syria. Holly Williams has more.
