Turkey set to vote on divisive referendum to expand Erdogan's power

Turkey is a country sharply divided ahead of a referendum that would greatly increase the power of its president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The Turkish government has been imposing a crackdown on perceived enemies in the months since a failed coup attempt. Holly Williams reports.
