Trump's legislative agenda could add up to $3.8 trillion to U.S. deficit, CBO analysis shows
Divisions among House Republicans remain as they race to try and pass President Trump's legislative agenda. A new estimate from the Congressional Budget Office found the bill, in its current form, would raise the federal deficit by $3.8 trillion over ten years, mostly from the president's proposed tax cuts.
