Trump doesn't rule out sending troops to Venezuela amid U.S. military buildup in Caribbean

U.S. forces have been stepping up military exercises across the Caribbean for weeks, and on Monday, President Trump said "I don't rule anything out" when asked about sending American troops to Venezuela.
