Trump to skip ceremonies in Israel, continues "Twitter diplomacy"

President Trump will not be in Israel for the ceremonies Monday, however his daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner -- both senior White House advisers -- arrived in Israel Sunday. CBS News correspondent Errol Barnett reports.
