Trump threatens to close U.S.-Mexico border

On the seventh day of the partial government shutdown, President Trump threatened to shut down the border with Mexico if Democrats refuse his demands for money to build a long-promised wall. We learned, however, that the president has lowered his asking price. Paula Reid reports.
