Trump shifts course on the reason for Ukraine aid delay

Sources tell CBS News the White House and intelligence agencies are discussing ways to allow the person behind a whistleblower complaint that was blocked by President Trump's director of national intelligence to share information in the original complaint with lawmakers. Paula Reid reports.
