Trump honors fallen SEAL after deflecting blame for his death

The widow of Navy SEAL Ryan Owens received a long ovation during President Trump's address, in which he honored Owens for sacrificing his life for a raid targeting al Qaeda. But as David Martin reports, it came just hours after Mr. Trump laid the blame for Owens' death on his generals.
