Trump administration warns higher tariffs could begin next month if trade deals not reached

The Trump administration says countries have until Aug. 1 to negotiate trade deals with the United States or their tariff rates will return to higher levels. Only two countries, the U.K. and Vietnam, have cemented new deals with the U.S. so far.
