Trump admin. reaches deal with ZTE Corp.
Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross announced on CNBC that the Trump administration has reached a "definitive agreement" with Chinese telecommunications company ZTE. The company will face a $1 billion fine and put a new compliance board in place.
