"Troubling" video shows deputies dropping homeless man off on street
Los Angeles City Councilman Joe Buscaino is calling for a full investigation into an incident in which a Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputy was seen dropping off a homeless man, who displayed signs of mental illness, on the streets of San Pedro. CBS Los Angeles reports.
