Halloween hasn't even happened yet, but it's already time to start thinking about your Thanksgiving and Christmas plans. Since airlines tend to hike prices closer to the holidays, the window to find affordable tickets is already starting to close. CBS MoneyWatch reporter Megan Cerullo has more.
