Thousands may miss Obamacare deadline due to glitches
Out of the 14 states that built their own Obamacare websites, Massachusetts is one of three states unable to do reliable online enrollments. The troubled website in Massachusetts led the state to stop paying the main contractor, CGI, which was also the largest contractor for the failed, original version of HealthCare.gov.
