Texas storm victims begin recovery from deadly deluge

Southeastern Texas is bracing for more thunderstorms Thursday. The Houston area is struggling to recover from days of historic rain that killed eight people. Manuel Bojorquez reports from Houston, where some homes and cars are still underwater.
