Texas storm damages estimated at more than $1 billion

For a fourth day, heavy rains kept rivers and creeks swollen and spilling into neighborhoods in Houston. The resulting damage is costing a lot of money. One estimate says that the city has lost close to $2 billion. Manuel Bojorquez has more.
