Texas Senate passes GOP-favored redistricting map

Texas state senators passed the controversial congressional redistricting map that could give Republicans five more seats. Meanwhile, the Texas House of Representatives says it will wrap up its special session on the redistricting map if a quorum can't be reached by Friday morning.
