Texas mall gunman expressed "neo-Nazi" beliefs, police say

Police said the man who opened fire at an outlet mall in Allen, Texas, expressed "neo-Nazi" beliefs, but that his targets were random. Authorities have still not determined a motive in the shooting that killed eight people, including three children. Omar Villafranca has the latest.
