Texas cop tackles, arrests black woman who had called for help

In Fort Worth, Texas, a white police officer was put on restricted duty after wrestling a black woman to the ground in a confrontation that was caught on camera. She had called police to report that her neighbor had choked her son. Manuel Bojorquez has more.
