Terrorism ruled out in Dubai crash landing

Terrorism has been ruled out as the cause of a crash landing in Dubai. An Emirates airlines jet burst into flames after hitting the runway but everyone got out. The Boeing Triple 7 had traveled from southern India to Dubai. Elizabeth Palmer has more on the crash landing.
