Tariffs on Mexico, Canada delayed as China announces counter tariffs on some U.S. products

After the 25% tariffs on goods from Canada and Mexico were halted for 30 days, the 10% tariff on Chinese goods took effect at midnight. Shortly after, China announced 10-15% counter tariffs on some U.S. products that are set to take effect on Feb. 10.
