Syrian opposition says Assad regime prepping chemical attacks

The spokesman for the Syrian National Council, Khaled al-Saleh, alleged at a press conference on Tuesday in Istanbul that the Assad regime has moved chemical warheads into position for an attack near Damascus, the country's capital. CBS News' Holly Willaims reports.
