"Survivor" contestants open up about being eliminated first from game

In the premiere of "Survivor 50," contestant Jenna Lewis-Dougherty was voted out at the first trial council. But in a surprise, castaway Kyle Fraser was also eliminated after hurting his achilles tendon during the immunity challenge.
