Surgeons perform first organ transplant from an HIV-positive donor

Doctors in Baltimore have performed what's believed to be the first ever kidney transplant from a living donor with HIV. The breakthrough expands the potential organ donor pool for HIV-positive patients. Errol Barnett reports.
