Supreme Court decides case on purging voter registration rolls

By a 5-4 vote, the Supreme Court ruled Monday that Ohio did not violate federal law by purging voters from the registration rolls if they haven't voted in a number of years. CBS News' Jan Crawford has more on the ruling.
