Students charged with hate crime after racial harassment
Students at San Jose University are protesting for better protection from harassment after three students allegedly tormented a 17-year-old roommate because he was black. The three students allegedly displayed Nazi symbols and a Confederate flag in the room, taunting him with references to slavery. They are facing hate crime and battery charges. Teresa Garcia reports.
