Student takedown investigated after allegations of excessive force

Police in Rhode Island are investigating a violent confrontation between law enforcement and a high school teenager. Amateur video shows a school resource officer slamming a 14-year-old to the ground. It happened on Wednesday in Pawtucket, sparking hundreds of students to protest outside the school on Thursday.
