Storms bring dangerous surf conditions on the West Coast

A wharf in Santa Cruz, California, partially collapsed Monday, sending three workers inspecting the wharf into the ocean. At least one person was killed in a separate incident and two others are missing as a result of dangerous surf along the West Coast. Elise Preston has more.
