State Department missing all or part of 15 Clinton emails

The State Department acknowledged that the emails from presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's private email account are missing in some form. Earlier this week, a House committee investigating the 2012 attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya released those messages. Julianna Goldman reports.
