House Speaker Mike Johnson told CBS News chief Washington correspondent Major Garrett that he understood President Trump's frustration with Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell, adding that it's going to be "a rocky road" for the Fed chair between now and the end of his term in May 2026.
