Southwest Airlines grounds 128 planes for missing inspections

Southwest Airlines grounded one-fifth of its fleet Tuesday after missing scheduled inspections. But now the Federal Aviation Administration is allowing those planes to fly -- even before the inspections are completed. Chip Reid reports.
