South Carolina House passes ban on abortions once fetal cardiac activity is detected

Democratic representatives in South Carolina walk out as the state passes a so-called fetal heartbeat abortion ban. The Republican governor has promised to sign the bill, which bans nearly all abortions after detecting fetal cardiac activity. Catherine Herridge reports.
