Software company hires autistic workers for unique skills

It's estimated that 85 percent of adults with autism are unemployed, but a pilot program at SAP is trying to help change that. It recruits autistic adults on all ends of the spectrum, shifting perceptions and economic realities. Michelle Miller reports.
