Slow relief response in Puerto Rico could cost "hundreds of lives"

The desperation of Puerto Rico's hurricane survivors is growing by the day. Washington is boosting its efforts to help them, but the island's electrical grid is still down, one week after Hurricane Maria. Only 21 of the 69 hospitals have power or fuel.
