Senate Republicans say they won't consider any SCOTUS nominee

In a break with history, Republican leadership says the Senate will not consider any nominee to the Supreme Court this year, no matter who it is. President Obama is preparing to name his choice to replace the late Antonin Scalia. But Republicans say the seat should be filled by the next president. Jan Crawford reports.
