Sen. McCain returns to Arizona, will miss vote on GOP tax bill

After spending several days in the hospital, Sen. John McCain is returning to Arizona and will miss the vote on the GOP tax bill this week. Lawmakers are hoping to send the bill to President Trump by Christmas.
