Sen. Ben Sasse delivers emotional floor speech amid Brett Kavanaugh confirmation debate

In a speech on the Senate floor late Wednesday night, Republican Sen. Ben Sasse of Nebraska said he originally had urged the president to nominate a woman to the Supreme Court instead of Brett Kavanaugh.
