SEC will drop lawsuit against Coinbase, cryptocurrency company says
The Securities and Exchange Commission will drop its lawsuit against Coinbase pending approval, the cryptocurrency company said. In 2023, The U.S. alleged Coinbase was operating as an unregistered securities platform and brokerage. CBS MoneyWatch correspondent Kelly O'Grady reports.
