Scores dead after truck driver rams crowd in Nice
France is reeling from another large-scale terror attack that killed at least 84 people. A truck slammed into a crowd gathered to watch Bastille Day fireworks Thursday night in the southern coastal city of Nice. CBS News has confirmed the man behind the wheel was Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, a 31-year-old French resident born in Tunisia. Elizabeth Palmer reports from Nice.
