Romney warns Republicans about government shutdown

Mitt Romney said Congress should not try to shut down the government, as some Republicans are promising to block any new budget that has money for the president's health care law. Romney said a shutdown would hurt people, and the GOP would pay the price. Anthony Mason reports.
