Retailers letting customers keep unwanted items and refunding them anyway
Some retailers are telling consumers to keep products they want to return and giving them a refund anyway. It's an effort to cut down on the cost of processing, repackaging and trying to resell merchandise. CBS MoneyWatch reporter Megan Cerullo has more.
