It looks like the president will get his Christmas wish: a tax cut bill. Republican leaders rolled out the final version of their plan on Friday. The House is expected to approve it on Tuesday, followed by the Senate. The last GOP holdouts fell in line on Friday. Nancy Cordes reports.
