Rep. Pascrell: lawmakers have "surrendered our own sovereignty" to pollsters

In a roundtable discussion with a bipartisan group of lawmakers, CBS News contributor and Republican strategist Frank Luntz asked why it's so difficult to find agreement. One reason, according to New Jersey Rep. Bill Pascrell, is that lawmakers rely too much on their own poll numbers. Luntz joins "Red & Blue" to discuss what he learned.
