Reconstruction of NYC subway tunnel complete after destruction caused by Superstorm Sandy

The entirely reconstructed Montague tunnel under the East River was completed ahead of schedule and $60 million under budget. Governor Andrew Cuomo and MTA Chairman Tom Pendergast inspect the work at a special test run of the brand new tunnel. Marcia Kramer reports.
