Radioactive leak impedes Japanese fishing, again

Fishermen were not allowed to fish for a year after the devastating 2011 earthquake. In late July, they learned the Fukushima nuclear plant was leaking radioactive water, and on Tuesday, operators said 80,000 gallons of radioactive water leaked from a storage tank. Seth Doane reports.
