Putin sends Trump Christmas letter after exchange over nuclear arms race

President-elect Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin continued their Cold War-style saber rattling Friday, each vowing to strengthen their country's nuclear weapons capabilities. Putin also sent Trump a Christmas letter, vowing to act "in a constructive and pragmatic manner" to restore the bilateral relationship. Barry Petersen reports.
