Puerto Rican government says 1,427 people died after 2017 hurricanes

The Puerto Rican government acknowledged Thursday that more than 1,400 people died in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria. And now government officials say they are not as prepared as they need to be for the upcoming 2018 hurricane season.
